KurvazMAIL

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

This policy explains what Kurvaz Mail ("we") collects when you use a mailbox at kurvaz.com, why, and what you can do about it.

What we store

  • Account data: your name, your @kurvaz.com address, a hashed password, an optional recovery email, signature, profile photo and forwarding address.
  • Your mail: messages you send and receive, with their attachments, kept so you can read them in your mailbox.
  • Technical data: session cookies that keep you signed in, the date of your last sign-in, and, if you turn them on, the browser push subscription used for new-mail notifications.

How we use it

Only to run your mailbox: deliver and show your mail, send what you write, notify you of new messages, let you recover access and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use your messages for advertising.

Who processes it

  • Our server provider hosts the application and the database.
  • Cloudflare receives incoming mail for kurvaz.com and passes it to your mailbox.
  • Brevo relays the mail you send.
  • Your browser's push service (for example Google, Apple or Mozilla) delivers notifications if you enable them.

Each mailbox is private

A mailbox only shows its own messages. Administrators can manage accounts and may open a mailbox when that is needed to provide support or keep the service secure.

How long we keep it

Your mail stays until you delete it. Messages in Trash can be deleted for good at any time. When an account is deleted, its messages, attachments and profile photo are removed.

Your choices

  • Edit your profile, change your password or set forwarding in Settings.
  • Turn notifications on or off on each device.
  • Delete your account and all its mail from Settings → Delete account.
